We offer 10 RV Spaces, 2 partially equipped RVs, and a small Cottage for yearly, monthly weekly or daily rental.
Rental prices include water, sewer and trash disposal. Unfortunately we are not able to offer cable, dish, wifi, gas, laundry facilities or other utilities at this time. Sewer dumping, water filling, and trash disposal is only provided with rental agreements.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, checks and cash.
RV Rental Spaces
We offer 10 RV Spaces available for rent by the day, by the week, by the month or even longer.
Each RV Space comes equipped with potable water, sewer and electric connections. A centrally located dumpster is available for trash disposal for all tenants in the RV Park.
The RV Park has plenty of maneuvering room to allow easy access to the RV Spaces. There is also ample space to park adjacent to each RV Space.

Redfish RV 10
Our lovely Redfish Cherokee RV is complete with a queen bed, a set of bunk beds and the dining table folds into an additional bed if needed.
The Redfish is fully air conditioned and heated. It has a spacious bathroom complete with shower and flushing toilet. The Redfish comes equipped with a propane stove, glasses, dishes, utensils and cookware for the kitchen, where you can prepare your own delicious meals.
Bring your own bedding, linens, food and supplies to relax and enjoy your time at the bay.
Purple Bay Vista RV 11
Our sporty Purple Bay Vista Kingsport RV is complete with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Additionally, the dining table folds into a bed if needed.
This Purple Bay Vista is fully air conditioned and heated. The spacious bathroom is complete with a shower and a flushing toilet. The Purple Bay Vista comes equipped with a propane stove, glasses, dishes, utensils and cookware for the kitchen, where you can prepare your own delicious meals.
